Service Plan Refunds Policy
Thank you for signing up to our Clever Care service plan at Clever Energy Boilers.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period as part of our customer service guarantee.
You have 14 working days from the date of confirmation to contact us and cancel your Clever Care service plan.
To be eligible for cancellation, no work must have been undertaken or completed as part of the service plan. You must contact us by email or in writing within this period.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt of your cancellation.
If your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your bank or card provider.
